- 4 cups Olivia's Organics Romaine Lettuce Leaves - chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup feta cheese - crumbled
- 1 cucumber - sliced
- 1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans - drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (one half lemon squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill - chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the next 5 ingredients.
- Drizzle dressing over salad, toss and enjoy.
