Classic Greek Salad

A fast, flavorful, fresh, fantastic FAVORITE!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Olivia's Organics Romaine Lettuce Leaves - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese - crumbled
  • 1 cucumber - sliced
  • 1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans - drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (one half lemon squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the next 5 ingredients.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad, toss and enjoy.
