Citrus and Kale Salad

Crunchy, filling, and fresh!

Yield: Serves 2


Using a serrated knife, peel the fruit, completely removing skin and any white pith. Slice fruit into thin rounds. Place about half of the kale on a large plate and arrange fruit on top. Top fruit with remaining kale, scattering leaves around. Use up any additional sections of fruit and place on top. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
