Spinach Cornbread

The perfect Fall side to your favorite soup or chili!

Yield: 6-8 Servings


Preheat oven to 350°F

Whisk eggs together and mix in sour cream. Stir in the onion powder, salt, pepper, baking powder, spinach, scallions and cheese. Lightly mix in the cornmeal and flour.

Bake in a lightly buttered 8X10 baking dish for 35 to 40 minutes.

Cut once cooled.
