Peach Breakfast Salad with Arugula & Corn

If you're looking to shake up your normal breakfast routine, this salad has you covered!

Yield: 2 Servings


Spread yogurt on the bottom of a shallow bowl (thin with water if it is too thick to spread!). Toss arugula, peaches and corn together in a small bowl and arrange over yogurt. Season with salt and lemon juice.
