Slowly but surely, spring is starting to make its presence felt. With longer days and rising temperatures, it’s the perfect time to enjoy more time outdoors.

Why not make it dinnertime? This week, we’re bringing you some of our favorite recipes from the Olivia’s Organics recipe archive that get tons of flavor from our favorite outdoor cooking tool – the grill! Looking for a recipe with a bit more kick? Try this elevated grilled chicken with a marvelous kale and jalapeño marinade. Pro tip: If you you’re a heat seeker and want more spice, don’t remove the seeds when preparing the jalapeño.

Grilled Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza:
You’ve grilled mushrooms. You’ve grilled chicken. But have you grilled pizza? Grab your favorite prepared pizza dough and get your grill super hot! The flavor combinations in this recipe are just the start – the topping options are endless.
