Kale Jalapeño Grilled Chicken

The jalapeño adds a hot kick to this delicious dinner!

Yield: 6 Thighs

Instructions

Add all ingredients except the chicken into a blender and purée. Pour into a large bowl, add the chicken, cover and refrigerate to marinate 2-3 hours.

Heat the grill to 350 degrees F. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 7-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked (reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F).

Serve with Chef Linda’s BLT pasta salad!
