Tat-soi is another green with Asian origins. It’s dark green spoon-shaped leaves are sweet and tangy in flavor. Its succulent texture makes it quite versatile. It can substitute for spinach in any dish. Tatsoi contains high levels of vitamin C, carotenoids, folic acid, calcium and potassium.
