Turkey Hemp Heart Burger

Nutty hemp hearts add a boost of protein and fiber to these tasty burgers!

Yield: 6 Burgers


Combine the first 7 ingredients well without over mixing. Shape into 6 patties, place on a sheet pan, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm.

Heat a large sauté pan with olive oil and cook burgers over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, and until turkey is cooked through.

Serve on toasted whole wheat rolls topped with arugula and a dollop of sour cream.
