Kale Grilled Cheese

Bread + Cheese + Kale + Bacon = Happiness in a sandwich!

Yield: 2 Sandwiches

Instructions

Butter one side of the bread slices. Heat a large sauté pan and melt some butter in the pan. Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the pan and layer the bread with the cheese, bacon and kale. Top with the other two slices of bread, buttered side up. Flip the sandwich when the bottom is golden brown. Cook until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Let the sandwiches rest for a minute or two before slicing.
