Crispy, crunchy toast to top off the perfect morning!
Yield: 2 Servings
Toast the bread until golden brown. In a small bowl, toss together strawberries and kale and mix with a teaspoon or two of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spoon strawberries and kale over the toast. Sprinkle crumbled feta all over and top with a little black pepper and drizzle with more olive oil.
