Butternut Squash Toast

We love you avocado, but there’s a new toast in town!

Yield: 2 Servings

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place cut squash on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt and pepper. Roast for approximately 20 minutes or until soft. Mash Squash and set aside.

Toast the bread, spread the squash generously on the toast, and top with fresh sage and Parmesan.

Tips & Tricks: Amp up the flavor and season the mashed squash with cinnamon and butter. Store any leftover cooked squash in the fridge for more toast later!
