Savory kale and spicy sausage on top of mozzarella cheese. Pizza perfection!
Preheat oven or grill to 500° F. If using a stone, place it in the oven or grill to heat up before adding the dough.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a large circle or desired shape/size.
Heat oil in a large sauté pan and cook the sausage meat, breaking it up into small pieces. Just before it’s fully cooked, add in the kale, season with salt and pepper, and continue to cook until kale is wilted.
Place the dough on the heated pizza stone (or a sheet pan or grill), top dough with cheese and then the sausage and kale mixture. Brush the edges with olive oil and cook for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of dough and desired crispiness.
