Kale Breakfast Wrap

Wrap-up breakfast with a kick!

Yield: 2 Wraps


Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add the kale and jalapeños and sauté for a few minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the pan with the kale and stir until eggs are almost set. Stir in the cheese to melt.

Lay out both wraps. Place the eggs in the middle of both and top with avocado. Roll up while folding in the sides. Serve immediately.
