Our Baby Butter Lettuce adds a delicious crunch to these fresh, healthy wraps!
Heat a sauté pan with the olive oil. Add the turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula or spoon, and cook about 5-6 minutes. Add in the onion, celery, carrots and garlic. Sauté for a several minutes until veggies soften and turkey is cooked through. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger and water chestnuts. Mix well and cook another minute.
To serve: On a large platter, arrange the butter lettuce and top with the turkey mixture. Add the scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil (*use sparingly as sesame oil can be overpowering). Serve immediately.
