Yield: 6 Burgers
Mix the first 11 ingredients together and shape into 6 patties. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add olive oil and butter. When pan is hot, cook burgers 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
Serve burgers on rolls with arugula and your favorite toppings.
