It's burger season and Chef Linda has hooked us up! Is there anything better than a burger AND Guacamole?!?
Mix together the first 8 ingredients and shape into patties. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat sauté pan with olive oil and cook burgers 4 to 5 minutes each side, and until chicken is cooked through.
Mash the avocado with a fork – keeping it a little chunky. Add lime juice, chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Serve burgers on rolls with Spring Mix and top with guacamole.
