Arugula ... and chicken ... and mango ... OH MY!
Yield: 2 Sandwiches
Heat sauté pan with oil. Add red onion and jalapeño and sauté for approximately 3 minutes.
Mix together the mayo and seasoning and spread on the bread slices. Add the arugula, chicken, onion mixture and mango.
