My role is developing and launching new product lines.
It’s a family-owned business that truly cares about the products we produce, the employees that produce them and the consumers that buy them.
It used to be our baby arugula, but I have become a huge fan of our baby butter lettuce.
Never worry about having too many greens in your fridge. If you can’t use them all right away, take items like our spinach, kale, arugula or power greens and freeze them in zip lock bags. Pull them out the next time you are making sautéed veggies, soup or your favorite pasta dish. They work great out of the freezer and taste much better than the frozen greens you can buy.
It isn’t an Olivia’s product, but it is made with one! The spinach brownies that are in the Olivia’s cookbook. They are decadent and delicious.
