This week, we’re spotlighting some of our favorite recent additions to the site, as well as a stellar recipe submitted by an Olivia’s superfan! Read on!

Spinach Manicotti with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce – We love the mix of bold flavors and textures that goes into this update on an Italian classic. You really can’t go wrong when FOUR cheeses are involved.

Chicken Veggie Pitas – We’re no strangers to the trick of buying a whole rotisserie chicken and using it in different recipes all week long. Pita bread serves as the perfect vessel for colorful peppers and onions, fresh spinach, and savory shredded chicken.

Sweet Potato Kale Mash – Looking for a side dish that’s healthy and filling? Oh… and one that looks and tastes great? Look no further. Just four ingredients come together beautifully in this nutrient-rich mash.

There you go! Three standouts from our most recent batch of recipes. But we’re really just scratching the surface – there’s plenty more deliciousness where these came from.

Speaking of deliciousness, we recently heard from an Olivia’s fan who shared an awesome recipe using Olivia’s Power Blend. Introducing … K’s Lemon Spicy Broccoli Kale Soup!

• 1 sweet onion, chopped
• 1 sweet red pepper, chopped
• 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
• 1 box portobello mushrooms sliced
• 4 cubes vegetable bouillon
• 6 cups water to start, then add more
• 4 thin slices ginger
• 2 tbsp. basil
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
• 1 cup chunky medium salsa (no sugar)
• 1 giant head of broccoli, chopped
• 1 (11 oz.) package Olivia’s Organic Power Blend
• 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice


Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic. Add the sliced mushrooms cook down. Add the water and bouillon, ginger, basil, salt and lemon. Bring to a boil and add the salsa, broccoli, and Power Blend. After that’s cooked, add the rice and simmer.
