Butternut Squash Halves with Lamb and Peas:
Here’s a unique but easy recipe to stretch your kitchen comfort zone. Ground lamb (if lamb isn’t your thing, ground beef is delicious too), butternut squash, peas, and feta offer an impressive looking dish bursting with flavor. Olivia’s Organics peeled butternut squash halves make prep even easier!
