We love experimenting with new flavors. There are some dishes that just beg for a bit of tinkering. Take pizza, for instance. We love a simple cheese pizza or a classic topping. But come up with a creative new addition to put on top of a pizza, and you really have our attention.

This week, we’re spotlighting three brand new recipes from the Olivia’s archive that offer up interesting twists on dinnertime staples. Give them a spin — and feel free to tweak to your heart’s content!

Tofu Celery Stir Fry:
A good stir fry is endlessly customizable. It’s the perfect way to use up leftover proteins and veggies with minimal prep and cleanup. This version makes celery and tofu the star of the show. Just don’t forget the scallions and sesame seeds!

Smoky Spinach Tacos:
Everything’s better inside a taco shell. This recipe gets a burst of flavor and nutrients from Olivia’s Organics spinach, and a pop of heat from chipotles in adobo.

Spinach and Tomato Pasta Bake:
Feta and fresh tomatoes add a freshness that is too often lacking in pasta dishes. Make a big batch – this one is great for leftovers.
