We used baby spinach for this lemony and earthy hummus, but kale or arugula would also be fabulous!
Yield: 10-12 Servings
Place the first 7 ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender and process. Slowly add the oil and continue to process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with veggies and crackers.
Roll your lemons and limes. It helps produce more juice.
