Scrambled Eggs with Spinach and Feta

Feta adds fantastic flavor to this delicious dish!

Yield: 2 Servings

Instructions

Melt the butter in a sauté pan. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

Whisk the eggs and pour into the pan with the wilted spinach. Season with salt and pepper, continue to move and stir the eggs until just cooked. Add feta to the pan and stir together. Plate immediately and enjoy.
