Easter is this Sunday and coloring eggs remains a favorite family tradition. We love to dye them, and hide them, and then go in search of finding them! But eggs aren’t just for fun and decoration, they’re also on our menu! Few ingredients are as healthy, versatile, accessible, and easy to prepare – as the humble egg. It’s no wonder the egg is considered a perfect food.
