Spinach-Tomato Salsa

Salsa just got better, fresher and tastier. Only 15 minutes till snacking - or use a food processor for even more speed.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes - diced
  • 1 small onion – finely diced
  • 2 cups Olivia’s Organics Baby Spinach - chopped small
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro - chopped small
  • 1 jalapeño - seeds removed and finely diced (adjust according to your heat preference)
  • 1 lime - juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 or 3 dashes of hot sauce

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve with tortilla chips.

    Also great with taco’s, nacho’s, on top of grilled fish or chicken.
