Spinach Chips

Spinach Chips! Another guilt-free, healthy, tasty, vegi chip for your snacking pleasure.



  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss the spinach with olive oil, salt and garlic powder, making sure each leaf is evenly coated. Arrange the spinach on the pan in a single layer. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until leaves have dried up and darkened slightly.
  • Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Best if eaten immediately.
