- 2 cups Olivia’s Organics Baby Spinach
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and garlic powder to taste
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the spinach with olive oil, salt and garlic powder, making sure each leaf is evenly coated. Arrange the spinach on the pan in a single layer. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until leaves have dried up and darkened slightly.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Best if eaten immediately.
