- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Whisk together the orange juice, balsamic vinegar, Dijon and honey. Slowly drizzle in the oil while continuing to whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
