Orange Viniagrette

Whisk up this easy viniagrette and add a fresh and bright citrus flavor to your favorite greens or vegi's.


  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Whisk together the orange juice, balsamic vinegar, Dijon and honey. Slowly drizzle in the oil while continuing to whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
