Celery & Nut Crostini

A fun, unique and great tasting appetizer or snack!


  • 12 slices of a baguette
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup crunchy almond butter
  • 2 celery stalks - sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts - chopped
  • Drizzle of honey


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place baguette slices on a sheet pan and brush tops with olive oil. Bake for 8 minutes.
  • Remove to a platter and top each one with almond butter, celery and nuts. Drizzle with honey and serve.
