Balsamic Vinaigrette

Whisk or shake... perfect for any Olivia's salad. Also makes a great marinade for chicken.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar **
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


Beat vinegar in a bowl with the brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper until the sugar dissolves. Slowly stream in the olive oil, whisking constantly to emulsify (or place all ingredients in a jar with a cover and shake well to combine). 

Toss with your favorite Olivia’s Organics salad.

** If you use a good balsamic, you do not need the sugar!
