Green Leaf Lettuce is the general name provided for dozens of varieties that produce semi-frilled loose leaf lettuces with varying hues of green.  Baby Green Leaf is crispy and succulent and has a mild flavor.  It’s a good source of Dietary Fiber, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Selenium, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Iron, Potassium and Manganese.  You’ll find Baby Red Leaf Lettuce in our Sweet Baby Lettuce.
