Nothing says summer like burgers on the grill topped with fresh tomatoes!
Yield: 4 Burgers
Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Using your thumb, make a shallow indentation in the middle of each burger, this helps the burger maintain a flat shape. Season with salt and pepper and grill. Top with a slice of mozzarella a few minutes before finished cooking.
Toast the buns for an extra crispy crunch!
