Yield: 2 Servings
Preheat oven to 375° F
Make a slit in each chicken breast lengthwise to create a pocket. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together the Asiago cheese, cream cheese, pesto, salt, pepper and spinach. Stuff chicken with cheese mixture.
In a small bowl, mix together the oil, and remaining seasonings. Rub all over chicken and place in a baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
