There's nothing shrimp about this salad! Enjoy this super seafood in every bite!
Yield: 4 Servings
The shrimp can be fresh, frozen peeled and deveined, or already cooked. Prepare and cook according to what you purchase (tails removed).
Add cooked shrimp to a bowl and mix in the celery, red onion and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon and lemon juice, and mix into shrimp.
Let the shrimp salad chill in the fridge for an hour or two and then serve on top of your favorite Olivia’s greens.
