The perfect pizza doesn't exist ... or does it?!
Yield: 4 Servings
Preheat oven to 500°F or preheat grill to 600°F. *Can preheat with a pizza stone on both.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to desired shape. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Top with cheese, kale, chorizo and chopped peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
Brush the crust and drizzle over top the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place on pizza stone and bake until crust is cooked and browed on the bottom and cheese is bubbling. Baked in the oven will take approximately 10-12 minutes, on the grill approximately 6-7 minutes.
