Kale & Brussels Sprout Slaw

Whisk together the first four ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Mix together the Brussels sprouts, kale, almonds and cranberries in a serving bowl and toss with the dressing. Let slaw sit for at least 30 minutes. Top with shaved Parmesan just before serving.
