Gin & Celery Juice Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Olivia’s Organics Celery
- 4 ounces limoncello (grain alcohol based)
- 2 ounces gin
- Ice
- Lime slices
Instructions
- If using a juicer, juice the celery. A powerful blender, such as a Vitamix, can also be used. If using a blender, chop the celery and add to the blender with ½ cup of water. Once blended, remove and strain.
- Into a large shaker, add 8 ounces celery juice, limoncello, gin and ice. Shake to mix and pour into two cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime slices.
