A perfect and easy weeknight dinner!
Yield: 4-6 Servings
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Place the first 5 ingredients on sheet pan and toss with the olive oil and seasonings. Roast for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, toss all ingredients and place back in oven for another 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
