Baked Brie and Spinach Appetizer

In just 15 minutes and a few ingredients, you can wow your guests with this warm and creamy deliciously cheesy delight!

Yield: 4-6 Servings


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place brie in an oven safe pan and bake for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, toast pecans in a pan for a few minutes, just until you smell the wonderful aroma. Cool and chop into small pieces.

Arrange spinach on a serving plate.

Take the brie out of the oven. Using a large spatula, carefully move the brie from the pan (working to keep it together) and place it in the middle of the plate, on top of the spinach. Top the warmed brie with the cranberries and pecans and drizzle with honey.

Scoop a bit of brie and spinach onto your favorite cracker.
