The perfect pizza for the perfect fall evening!
Preheat the oven to 425 F (or according to directions on pizza dough package)
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto a rimmed baking sheet. Stretch the dough into a round – if it is too tough to stretch into desired shape, let it rest a few minutes then try again – repeat until dough is relaxed and in the right shape.
In a small bowl, toss the kale and pears with remaining olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Arrange on the pizza. Crumble plant-based feta on top and then top with rosemary. Bake until dough is golden brown, kale is wilted, and cheese is melted and bubbling.
