Asian Salad

The dressing is amazing! Perfect for this colorful and flavorful salad.

Instructions

Combine salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add dressing to salad and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz.) package Olivia’s Organics Spring Mix
  • 2 large carrots – peeled and shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper – julienned
  • 2 cups red cabbage – shredded
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger – peeled and grated
  • 1 garlic clove – minced
  • 1/2 fresh lime – juiced
