Spice up your next Taco Tuesday with this flavor-packed recipe!
Yield: 4 Servings
Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large sauté pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook for two minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the garlic, jalapeño and red pepper and sauté for about 3 minutes. Stir in the ginger and spinach and sauté until spinach is wilted.
Add chicken back in along with the hoisin sauce until warmed through. Serve with soft tortillas.
