Super seeds bring an extra crunch to this delectable dish!
Yield: 2 Servings
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a small bowl, mix together the seeds, yeast, tahini, salt, garlic powder, and oil. Make sure the seeds are thoroughly mixed together and well coated. Spread the seed mixture on a lined baking tray and bake undisturbed for 10 minutes, until fragrant and slightly browned. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile toss arugula with fennel and asparagus and toss lightly with olive oil and lemon juice. When seeds have cooled, sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons on each salad (save the rest for another use!).
