What’s your role in getting Olivia’s products from the farm to the dinner table?

I’m responsible for developing and overseeing the quality management system for all new products and services. This includes developing and implementing testing plans, identifying risk, and how to mitigate that risk when releasing new products.

What’s the best part about working at Olivia’s?

I love working at Olivia’s Organics because everyone shares in the same vision to give back and help the surrounding community – some of the most fun we have is when we’re helping others!

What’s your favorite Olivia’s product?

Sweet baby lettuce is my all-time favorite. I have it for lunch almost every day!

What’s your favorite recipe or #1 tip in the kitchen?

I love to sauté Oliva’s Baby Spinach with olive oil and garlic. To top it off, I add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and then add a splash of lemon juice.

When I’m not enjoying an Olivia’s salad, there’s nothing better than freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!

I would love to go back to Rome, Italy – it’s a beautiful city and the food is fantastic!
