I’m the Vice President of Human Resources.

What’s your role in getting Olivia’s products from the farm to the dinner table?
I’m responsible for managing the employee life cycle (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations etc.) and ensuring that all of our employees get to work in a safe environment with great benefits programs. Happy employees ensure that quality product gets put on your table.

What’s the best part about working at Olivia’s?

If you could trade places with anyone (real or fictional) for one day, who would it be?
My grandfather (Opa). He was a humble man with a TON of patience. He loved to garden and worked in the restaurant industry for a majority of his life. He was a fabulous chef! I would love to have been able to learn more from him, especially the patience part!
