Speaking of style, it’s our pleasure to spotlight fitness guru, Olivia’s superfan, and mom-to-be Daniella Payne. Daniella is the founder of Grip Work LLC and all-around expert when it comes to wellness and workouts. Take it away, Daniella!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what first drew you to Olivia’s products!
Hi there! My name is Daniella, and I am the proud owner of Grip Work LLC, a virtual and in-person fitness training company. In addition to being a huge exercise enthusiast, I am a student and wife, and I’m 20 weeks pregnant with my first child! My passion for healthy living drew me to the amazing, organic, fresh products that Olivia’s offers.

We heard you live a vegan lifestyle … can you tell us about some of your favorite vegan recipes?
Being vegan has been so emotionally and physically rewarding. I love eating food that fuels my body and mind! Some of my favorite vegan meals are:

-Olivia’s spinach salad with sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast
-Pan-seared tempeh drizzled with mustard and topped with Olivia’s arugula
-Tofu stir-fry full of Olivia’s greens and veggies

Tell us a little bit about Grip Work! How did the company come to fruition, and what inspired you to chase such a cool dream?
I believe in the immense healing power of mindful movement. Through first-hand encounters, I experienced the profound effect that regular exercise has on one’s headspace, energy, and character. It was through these life-altering interactions with fitness that I decided to pursue a career in the industry over 10 years ago.

My business, Grip Work LLC, however, was born in the pandemic. While many challenges arose during this difficult time, a light was shone on innovation and possibility within the fitness industry. More than ever before, a need emerged for convenience, accountability, and catharsis. This trying chapter provided a powerful reminder to take control of what you can and let go of what you cannot.

Grip Work encourages its clients to take hold of their life’s journey through physical activity. Movement is the focus to promote physical and mental well-being. Check us out at gripworkfitness.com!

As a personal trainer, it’s clear that you like to give back and help people. Can you tell us the most rewarding part about your job?
Throughout a decade of work as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I have valued sharing the human experience with others. Exercise is a powerful tool that morphs people into the best version of themselves. My greatest joy is witnessing the transformation that occurs as an individual recognizes their potential and finds empowerment in their strength.

What advice do you have for people who want to live a healthier lifestyle?
Living a healthy lifestyle may not be a linear journey, as the road to wellness is often curved and can be challenging. While the mission demands work and dedication, the rewards of health, mental clarity, confidence, and strength are worth every ounce of effort. Push past the challenges, table the excuses, and decide that your health is worth it. You are worth it.

What’s your favorite Olivia’s product and how do you incorporate Olivia’s greens into your day-to-day menu?
My favorite Olivia’s product for the fall season is the organic butternut squash. Lightly coat the pre-sliced cubes with extra virgin olive oil and coffee rub, then bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes. The end result is a fabulous, tasty delight that I regularly use as a side or the base of a bowl!

Thanks so much, Daniella! We can’t wait to give your recipes featuring Olivia’s goodies a spin.
