Spinach Superfood Smoothie – Breakfast just got a lot easier – and healthier! This smoothie delivers a satisfying and filling meal with all the nutritional benefits to earn its superfood label. Tweak the portions and ingredients until you find the variation that powers you to be your best throughout the day.
Roasted Chickpea Salad – With Heat! – Meet your newest go-to potluck partner. This dish will leave guests asking for the recipe (for the salad AND the dressing). Make a double batch of the chickpeas to have for additional salads or as a healthy snack.
Asian Chicken Tacos – A new twist on taco Tuesday! Chicken breasts get a flavor punch-up from sesame, ginger, jalapeno, and baby spinach.
Pro tip: Warm the tortillas for a few minutes in the oven to take the flavor and texture to the next level.
