For a few weeks every summer, some parts of the country get to enjoy one of the highlights of the entire year: Peak Tomato Season. We’re in the midst of it now at Olivia’s HQ, and it is glorious.

If you too are enjoying Peak Tomato Season, you’re probably on the lookout for new recipes that make tomatoes the star. We have you covered! This week, we’re sharing three of our favorite dishes that pair summer tomatoes with delicious Olivia’s Organics offerings. Check ‘em out!

Grilled Shrimp & Heirloom Tomato Salad:
Heirloom tomatoes add amazing color and flavor to any dish, and Olivia’s Organics Baby Arugula adds a peppery kick to this sensational salad. Opt for the best olive oil and Balsamic you can get your hands on.

Avocado, Tomato & Pancetta Club:
Move over, BLT, and make room for the ATP. This sandwich builds on the classic BLT by adding avocado, provolone cheese, and Olivia’s Kale and Spinach Pesto. Delicious!

Arugula Tomato Pizza:
Everybody knows you put tomato sauce on pizza, but this recipe switches things up and calls for chopped tomatoes on top, along with Olivia’s arugula. It’s another fresh and fantastic use for the best tomatoes you can find at the market or your local produce section.
