Collard greens, similar to kale, are a headless forming cabbage. We harvest our collards very young while they’re small and tender.
Their history dates back to 5000 BC, when they were cultivated in Asia Minor. Today, they can be found in almost any market throughout the world. Loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin K, they also contain the antioxidants beta carotene, Vitamins C and E and detoxifying glucosinolates.
