More than 80 years ago, Giovanni DeMichaelis funneled his ambition and passion into a produce stall in Boston’s North End. He sold celery hearts to local families, markets and restaurants.
Thanks to hard work and a commitment to great produce, Giovanni’s business succeeded, and in the decades since has grown into Olivia’s Organics.

Today, we offer more than a dozen organic products and salad blends to retailers and families up and down the East Coast. We’re proud to support farmers as well as retailers like Giovanni who are committed to bringing healthy, fresh, organic greens and produce to dinner tables.
Many of Giovanni’s family members continue to play an integral role in our company’s story, including the Olivia’s Organics namesake! Olivia is Giovanni’s great-granddaughter who has developed a passion for all things organic and giving back to her community.
As Olivia’s Organics has grown, so has the family surrounding it – our employees, our farmers, our customers and all the friends and family who make their products part of their fresh, healthy lives.
