We love quick, simple, healthy meals. It’s what we’re all about at Olivia’s Organics. But sometimes, we like to spread our wings and try something a little sophisticated.

This week we’re sharing new recipes that sound fancy but remain true to our commitment to landing a nutritious meal on the dinner table in a snap. Check ‘em out!

Spinach Crepes with Ham & Cheese:
The recipe calls them crepes (oh la la), but it’s really a pancake recipe in disguise. This iconic flavor combo gets a burst of color from spinach in the batter.

Celery Salad Tartines:
Here’s another classic combination that gets elevated from “toast” to “tartine.” Crunchy celery, tart apple, sweet honey, and earthy cheeses meld to make something truly special (and oh so delicious).

Chickpea Spinach Fritters:
Aquafaba (aka chickpea liquid) has become a popular secret ingredient in the kitchen. This vegetarian fritter recipe combines chickpeas, scallions, and Olivia’s Organics Spinach. Delish!
